Rough comparison between routes. I spliced the videos a bit because I couldn't be bothered to redo Jizzy all the time. It might give a small advantage in the video to the "Setup after Jizzy" route.
The RNG for the "Setup after Jizzy" route was very good (Police Bike immediately) which can't always be expected. Driving could be a bit better here and there, but it should be good enough for a rough comparison.
Feel free to check if this comparison actually makes sense, since I may very well have overlooked something important.

Time without loads (according to LiveSplit with Autosplitter) is 2:34:55.
A lot of stuff went wrong in this run, like dying on the troll bridge in Episode 6, going to the toilet and misjudging how much time I have (Cmon, mister, Ill take you to Roses trailer.) at which point I kind of wanted to reset but continued for practice - and a lot of small stuff that I usually rarely fail (a lot of slow walking skips and car teleports). Oh, and of course the bridge en route to the Coal Mine stopped me again, but at least I didnt get stuck completely this time.
Also the Bookstore opening went slow even though I thought I had it figured out, because Sarah did the slower opening (possibly because her This town cant take this was too late), which meant I went back to her too early and triggered the line anyway, which caused the really slow opening. Oh well, not a lot of timeloss, but kind of annoying.
Although on the plus side a lot of stuff also went pretty well, including many of MisterMunkkis new skips (like skipping the elevator puzzle in Episode 3 first try) and other new strats and improvements that werent in my previous run years ago.
Overall Im not really satisfied with the run yet, but its pretty decent!")
