All you need to know to complete "The fine art file" mini-heist in GTA Online that was released in recent "Agents of Sabotage" DLC with FULL payout.
This heist will usually pay you about 150k + 50k GTA$, but when it becomes priority file (it is expected that priority files will switch every week, therefore each of 4 current files will become priority file about every 4 weeks) it will pay about 300k + 50k GTA$
