Internal Resolution: 4x Native
Mipmapping: Basic (Generated Mipmaps)
Texture Filtering: Bilinear (PS2)
Antistropic Filtering 16x

Check Manual Hardware Render Fixes

Upscaling Fixes

Half Pixel Offset: Special (Texture) (Very important if you're upscaling)

Check Wild Arms Hack

Texture Replacement Tab
Only use these if you're gonna use GTA-VCS-Texture-Pack-PS2 or HD HUD for PCSX2

Options: Check Load Textures


Post-Processing Tab
Sharpening/Anti-Aliasing
Check FXAA
