Yup, apparently pedestrians can also do the "ultracop" glitch as well. When I was messing around with the FPS mod included with Classic AXIS, I noticed that one of the Vercetti Gang pedestrains did the infamous "ultracop" glitch. If anyone doesn't know what the glitch is, it is a glitch that occurs when cops somehow teleport to your car or bike and bust the player. The speedrunner Adam AK was busted numerous times during his playthroughs of GTA VC and III because of this.
