Farewell, Vice City... beta? (feat. crap editing, yet again)

ABOUT THE MOD (DECEMBER UPDATE 3.5.6):

Description:
Vice City: BETA Edition is a modification for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City with the goal of returning cut features in development as much as possible. (at least, what is known or... if it's possible to remake some stuff) This will include/restore things such as removed buildings, cut dialogue, pedestrian looks, general atmosphere and
much more to deliver the most authentic experience.All information comes from several sources, such as "BradyGames' Official Strategy Guide", pre-release screenshots and obviously
leftover files.
It is highly recommended to get the mod from RockstarVision and probably ModDB too, GTAInside may be outdated... maybe even forever.
HOW TO INSTALL THE MOD: It's a friggin' installer, it's not that hard. Just apply it on your GTA VC copy or whatever - don't overwrite your mod-less VC copy, though... if you still want it. Up to you.
ABOUT THE UPDATE 3.5.6:
This small update includes a bug-fix for Little Haiti Chopper Checkpoint & few new optionals, including GTA:3 replacements of the Zebra Cab, Police Chopper & Patriot. This also includes the rest of Son Of Big Boss's vehicles, which should complete the entire beta vehicles set & fill the streets with beta colors too. (colors, colours, who cares, it's English)
Mesa Grande has also now been renamed to Desperado and Blista Compact to Blista GPX.
