In this video, I show you how to legitimately get North Yankton on your map and explore it for free.
It only works for new gen. There is no way to do this for ANY old gen version since Trevor is always placed into Tailgater while it's engine is ON. So you cannot maintain garage mode there.
You need to go interior garage mode and start "Bury the Hatchet" as Trevor. Remember, NEVER press any driving related buttons unless Interaction menu is activated! You need to activate Interaction menu in a plane to fly to North Yankton. Don't worry, no tips pop up during the flight. When you reach the yellow marker, keep holding gas button and mission will fail for Trevor dying. Exit the mission, you will spawn at hospital with North Yankton on a map!
You can switch characters freely or even play in Director Mode and do whatever you want in North Yankton.
You can also get vehicles in North Yankton, because cops can spawn there. Get wanted level and you can steal cop cars.
If you save and reload the game, North Yankton map will be gone.
