In the building area/mud pit near Route 68. This thing needs handling work, BUT IT'S A VULCAR STATION WAGON!!!1 (that isn't Rstein/a Ingot or Fagaloa for once!)

Keen viewers might notice that I changed the engine sound to the one from the Fagaloa and that I lifted the suspension a bit.
