In this video, I show how to obtain the EC/EC2/EP (880HS955) Util Red Declasse Premier AFTER "Did Somebody Say Yoga?" and BEFORE "Monkey Business" using a method which is useful for patched old gen. After I obtain it, I reload the save and show that it's still there.
This is Michael's personal car, but it's only available after passing "Did Somebody Say Yoga?" and until "Monkey Business" at which time he'll get his Tailgater back from Jimmy and this Premier will no longer be available to obtain and keep if it interests you.
There were methods regarding this Premier being obtainable via EM Conversion, however, times have changed, better methods found. You can also make this Premier "yours" by just stealing it from Michael as either Trevor or Franklin, saving inside it and reloading that save, then going to Trevor's or Franklin's location as Michael with his "real" Premier, switch to Trevor or Franklin and just store the Premier they drive, as I show. Due to Michael having a personal vehicle near your reloaded "duplicate" Premier, the "duplicate" will become "yours" and can be saved in interior garage.
You can NOT just switch back to Trevor or Franklin, you literally have to go to their location as Michael with his personal car, since switching to them will just illogically place them into Bodhi or Buffalo S.
The UP on this Premier is interesting, it looks exactly like a set plate, due to the "0" looking exactly like a "O" on the in-game plates. If it was a "O", it'd be set plate, but since it was proven that it's a "0", it's EP!

Secondary color: Util Red (Invisible EC2)
Set luster color: Metallic Black
Wheel color: Alloy
