Head toward the HS icon on Elysian Island on the bottom of the map of Los Santos, there you will find a depot of vans used by Bugstars Pest Control. Steal one of the vans, evade the pursuit of the police, and once Michael has lost the Police, take it back to Darnell Bros in La Mesa and leave it under the bridge.
