In this video I saved up and traded my $99,000 apartment and got the $400,000 most expensive one I could buy. Trade is value was $50,000 which I wasn't to happy with but better than nothing :-)
I did a quick view round my old apartment, then the new one with the view LIVE with my friend outside in a helicopter ;-)
