With AP method - I don't think I need this car, but still - you can get this beauty even in the vanilla game (but I don't think that Patriot will spawn if you save in Johnson's House) and earlier in Underground (sandbox mode, of course if we talking about snapshot 4).
Why am I still on the 3.3.11.2 version? Well, I'm crash alot in 4.1.6 if I load the savefile, but other than that - that version is more stable excluding save shenanigans.
