If the stream lags again sry. As I wrote in my community post, it's probably due to my router change that actually raised my upload speed, but streams have started lagging since then. I will call them to change it again and if that doesn't help I will find a new ISP and if that doesn't help then it's time to call tech support I guess. I tried all the simple solutions to make my streams bitrate grow again, but nope.
