Very happy with the result despite the amount of problems I had to overcome to get this far-fetched idea to work.

Basically the strat is to fail the 'Beefy baron' side mission by cancelling vigilante allowing you to keep the RC plane and subsequently keep the no traffic/peds/markers/collision on doors effect. This allowed me to drive empty streets and warp to the normally locked Transfender. A side effect from this however is I cannot switch weapons so I had to adapt to nades as the minigun was just too sluggish.
