Updated run from my 2:44 PB. Implemented a few optimizations to brush through some cutscenes faster. Also calculated a death near the end of the mansion to skip the exiting animation. The parachute used in this run was from Breaking the Bank at Caligula's which allowed me to glide and fall to the roof more efficiently.

Credit of course to Rhans with the Heist mission + Kickstart strategy to obtain the special parachute.
