"TROUBLE IN PARADISE"
A string of brutal, targeted killings have been terrorizing the City of Los Santos. Forcing Detective Chen, a loose cannon with a penchant for justice, and his partner, Detective Hernandez, a by-the-books veteran of the LSPD, to investigate the cause behind these crimes. During their investigation, they learn of Scorpion, a cold-blooded kingpin who plans on maintaining his iron fist over the city.
