In order to unlock the secret Alien Egg supply mission in GTA Online: Gunrunning you'll have to complete at least 600 resupplies. Once you have reached that number, start a new supply run between 21:00 and 23:00. This is a rare and unique event, it happens only once and you cannot keep tracking on how much supply runs you have made or to do.
