In this Hard Mode run of the Kortz Center Heist, I use the Alpha Mail Courier disguise to infiltrate the Kortz Center via the Loading Bay Entrance point. After filling up the bags with secondary loot, dodging the laser grid and hacking the vault open, I loot The Outcome of Endeavour Primary Painting and then exit back from the Loading Bay towards my Armored Caracara. The entire run was done in 12:48. Elite Challenge was not possible solo as one of the buyer's requests was inside the upper exhibition room. Used the Security Loadout on this run. The Stun Gun META still works.

There doesn't really seem to be a way of getting out of Kortz Center undetected without alerting the cops when using the Vapid Caracara (Armored) as your getaway vehicle. I have tried many ways, but they get alerted no matter what, as soon as you get in the vehicle.
