In this Video, I show how to obtain the Unique/FP/PP Ammo Truck from "Munitions Dump" with passing the Mission. After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there as well as showing the FP/PP Properties.
Although the game says Barracks OL when you this vehicle, inside the game files its is known as "Ammo Truck", being a separate and unique vehicle. The truck has almost the same as the Barracks OL, but the big difference is the back of the truck where there Ammo Crates on it. So in the end is a Unique Vehicle and a special variation of the Barracks OL at the same time.
This method doesn't work on PS2 and Mobile due being unable to restore blown up vehicles in the garage. For these platforms you must use a different method that requires failing the mission. I made a video of it that you can check down the description.
