In this Video, I show how to obtain the Heavy/EC Black Bobcat from "Love and Bullets" with passing the Mission. After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there as well as showing the Heavy Property.
You must snipe the driver of the Bobcat while the car is in the alleyway. So the Bobcat remains the heavy property.
This method is exclusive to PSP due the usage of the "Market Virus". There's a video of Lethal Vaccine that explains the glitch, which you check down the description. Players from PS2 and Mobile won't be able to use this method. I made a video of the method for those platforms, which is also linked down the description.
