This is the way to obtain the blue Yankee and Massimo's Maverick for one savefile without using marked vehicles or save states. Here I'm showing perfect spots to park them so they wouldn't be deleted by the missions. Also this video would be useful if you want to obtain just one of these vehicles.

Notes
1) After you get om0 at the beginning, steal a fast vehicle (00:45) and use just it to complete AVS. When you go after the Yankee, park it near the casino (03:28) so it'll despawn when the Yankee arrives. This most likely would help you save your taxi or police car in game memory so you won't have to look for a new one (05:24).
2) It's very important to stay in the 1st Yankee when the 2nd one arrives (04:47). The game may initiate a long loading instead of the cutscene (05:03). That means the game's clearing traffic, and if you stay on foot or in another vehicle, your Yankee will disappear. Don't forget to lose the heat (04:24).
3) Before "The guns of Leone", you also can leave the vehicle here (19:03).
4) As you may notice, I also obtained the H/TP/EC black & white Banshee for my savefile youtube.com/post/UgkxHn_zhFNK3rcUWPxtwOOSQRj6GMty_rHA. I used a marked taxi and a marked H/DP car in the process and left both the Yankee and the Maverick near the safehouse before "The trouble with triads".
