1) Start "Grease Sucho" with om0;
2) Go to the startline, and when you trigger the marker, immediately start "Taxi driver" and get out of the taxi;
3) Snipe out the driver of the car you want, or lure him out by a flamethrower. The cars are just PP (not FP/TP) at this point, so don't go to the garage now;
4) Head to Red Light District first. You'll be teleported back to the start line, and the car will become FP/PP/TP (sometimes this happens earlier). Then save the car.
