I actually made this back in April last year as an experiment using the in-game video editor and had intended on uploading then but I completely forgot about it.
It's basically a compilation of clips from GTA IV of me having random deaths or simply having bad luck, like the cop car bumping the lamppost then hitting me on its side and getting backed up by the taxi.
