Yes, fusionfix didn't fix anything for me. The mouse aim is still broken as in the vanilla game for me and I didn't all of a sudden become a bad aimer and if you want proof check my last Max Payne 3 speedrun attempt on my channel. But, without buggy aim this would be too easy.
