▶Info:
In this video I'm running GTA IV with icelaglace's iCEnhancer 3.0 using the Ultra Preset and DKT70's Liberty City Textures.
I did use 0hiena0's Better City Textures as a base and then placed Liberty City Textures over it so anything the Liberty City Textures doesn't replace is actually Better City Textures. The Airport Textures have been replaced with 2K versions from DayL and CallMeJayy. Better City Textures and the Airport Textures are not required but they do look better.
