2 new props are replaced by the "Construction Fence" prop.

Apocalypse versions of new arena vehicles aren't blacklisted.

Vehicle Weapons are replaced by Health.
Also stun gun and railgun are replaced by pistol.

Money crates are patched too.

Because of the new arena interior some modded jobs can't be tested then published.
