The second (of two so far) methods of how you can duplicate a mission on Grand Theft Auto for the PlayStation 2. You should be able to use this method to dupe any mission, but for an example, I've chosen Turismo.
This method uses a police vehicle - any vehicle in which you can start the Vigilante side mission. In this video, I've used the Police car.
Head to the mission marker (in this example, the payphone in Portland). Hold down R3 to activate the side mission, but don't release it. Get out of the car and walk into the mission marker. After the cutscene, re-enter the car and then release R3. You'll now be on a mission and a Vigilante mission at the same time.
Cancelling the Vigilante mission will allow you to then pick up a second instance of the same mission by walking back into the mission marker. In this video, for example, I have two instances of Turismo running at the same time.
Try it out on several missions and let me know what happens!
