Grand Theft Auto III Ghost Town.
Ghost town is just the place where the intro cutscene of GTA 3 took place. The buildings and roads are non solid, so if you try to go down, you will fall into blue hell and land in cedar grove in the third island.
The ghost town is NOT present in the definitive edition.
