GS38 Explained | Installations
Safe isolation is a fundamental requirement. Any equipment must fully comply with all the requirements set out within GS38 to ensure work is carried out safely.
This video is a deep dive into the HSE's GS38 document. Our electrical installation safety engineers, David Powell and Richard Harvey, provide an overview of the document including the equipment requirements and guidance provided by HSE, reference to the law (Electricity at Work Regulations 1989) and a comparison of devices used (do's and dont's).
