So Im going to start documenting my lifestyle change! Im going on a diet, guys. I decided to start a collab, so for those of you who want to journal your weight loss with me, lets do it!
Heres the deal:
1. You can do whatever diet you want
2. Post videos to your channel about your progress/what your diet is/how its going
3. You can post whenever, and however often you like! Theres no schedule, so you can do it when it works for you!
4.. Use the hashtag #EllkoHealthTeam in your video titles and social media to make yourself easily found
5. List other Collab-ers in your downbar so viewers can find everyone and watch/support us all!
6. You can join at any time. Its always open. All you need to do is let me know you want to do it, and Ill add you to my list in my downbar!
