Fixed with Bonus materials. In September of 2017, 36 year-old Shameria Thomas died after an incident on Interstate 10 near Leon County, Florida (Gadsden County). Investigators alleged that Thomas was thrown from her moving vehicle by her former boyfriend, Travis Collins, who had a history of committing domestic violence against Shameria. Travis, on the other hand, claimed that they had fought earlier - but that when the incident occurred, Shameria was driving and she jumped out of the vehicle - because he had found some evidence of cheating on her phone.
In this video, we review Travis Collins' first interrogation, during which he provides detectives with his first account of the events leading up to Shameria Thomas' death.
Collins was later interviewed by detectives again as the investigation continued. This video focuses on that first interrogation and the information available to investigators at that stage of the case.
