I know some of you requested this video after finding out that my mother is in fact...blind. I hope this video provides a bit more info about what its like to be young with a disabled parent, and the fact that they aren't that different.

The stigma and misconceptions about people living with blindness can be annoying, but I understand that it usually comes from a place of wanting to understand this kind of life a little better.

I did get a couple questions about ableism, and I decided against answering this because its a topic my mother doesn't like to talk about because it makes her feel lesser...so out of respect for her, I decided against such questions. I hope you understand.
