We're in the middle of a Kamut farm tour with Delmar an our truck won't start!
On with the tour, we learned about how Delmar controls the weeds on his organic farm without using chemicals. There are not options to take out the weeds except by using plows and vinegar whenever he finds a morning glory or thistle. After more than 6 decades on this farm, he knows every inch of this land and his dedication is what helps us share this amazing wheat!
All of this work is to bring the best Kamut wheat and flour to everyone in this labor of love!

Kamut® flour is NOT gluten-free, but has often been found to affect people differently than typical flour gluten. Some studies have shown that Kamut® flour and products might be more digestible for people who experience symptoms of gluten intolerance.
