This small, family-run farm in Saigon sits quietly by the river, with Landmark 81 — Vietnam’s tallest building — rising just across the water. Crops are grown free of chemical sprays.

I stopped by unannounced and asked if I could film. Even though it was 1PM, during their rest time in the heat, the family welcomed me in with open arms.

After the tour, I offered to pay, but the father simply said, “Just give the kids some money for snacks.” That was enough.
