This topic has been discussed and videoed to death so I was genuinely surprised when so many people were still requesting that I do this topic! I've been growing in pon since 2020 (very heavily for a while but less so in the last couple of years) and I've used several variations on the substrate so I tried to gather all of my thoughts in this video. It was also a great excuse for me to make a handy dandy spreadsheet on substrate costing of DIY vs buying lechuza brand pon but it's all kind of redundant anyway because I don't think I could even get my hands on lechuza pon even if I tried 🙃 I do plan on using pon more this year so I'll be giving updates in future videos!
*also I later found so many more variations of lechuza pon (e.g. blackstone pon, cactus pon) that I never even knew existed -- Europeans please let us know if you've tried it!
