Young folks with different experiences in the Church share with the Hawai‘i Conference about a vision of a youth and young adult leadership program in Hawai‘i through this talk-story presentation. Speakers share their stories and why it matters, and ask for support and wisdom in developing a space that honors the gifts and stories of the next generation. The presenters seek inter-generational dialogue that can spark collaboration from all churches in Hawai‘i.

"This is a developing ministry for the purpose of identifying and calling out leadership among Hawaiian and Micronesian youth and young adults in Honolulu. Of priority is providing a space for participants to discern a potential call into ordained ministry. The design of this project emphasizes Popular Education as the primary mode of engagement with the participants. Dr. Jeffrey Acido, Debieh Acido, Kevin Faller, and Cassie Chee are the primary leaders, with Clay Kimoto, Kristen Young, and David Popham providing guidance." —Hawai‘i Conference Minister's Report 2021
