When Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine disrupted the country's economy, Force Group faced an uncertain future. With much of its domestic market reshaped almost overnight, its co-founder and CEO, Stanislav Horbachevskyi, was forced to rethink how the company would survive, adapt and continue to grow.
In this film, Stanislav and his team share how Force Group kept operating through war, relocated part of the management function to Warsaw, expanded into new international markets and continued serving clients across Ukraine and beyond – pursuing opportunities to build new partnerships, reach new customers and strengthen the company's long-term resilience.
A family-owned business founded in Ukraine, Force Group today operates internationally across language services and passenger transportation, serving clients from offices in Kyiv, Warsaw, Switzerland and the United States.
The film highlights how the EBRD, backed by our donors, helped the company strengthen its business foundations, enhance operational efficiency, safeguard business continuity and accelerate growth in one of the most challenging operating environments any entrepreneur could face.
