In this video I use the grow model & grow coaching technique to help you set goals. Make sure you follow this, as it is PROVEN to work, for me & hundreds of thousands of other people.

This technique was created by Sir John Whitmore, in his book Coaching for Performance to help with time management, goal setting & achieving goals. So in this video, I thought I would give you a grow coaching demonstration, so you can see the grow model in action! I've learned a lot of different coaching techniques, but this is one of my favourite life coaching tools!
