This week I made my son FOUR epic birthday lunches to celebrate him turning 9 — including a Roblox “Grow a Garden” lunch, a Viking mac & cheese cone inspired by the Isle of Berk, a colorful Pokémon bento, and yes… the Ice Cream Sandwich Casserole he requested himself! 🎂🍦🍱
