I often do not like the Eurovision songs that The Netherlands sends in, but when Arcade came around, I was sold. I am the opposite of a patriot, but knew it deserved to win. Then something extraordinary happened, one year later, after picking my favourite songs, I ended up with a clear favourite. Once again, it was The Netherlands! They seem to know what they're doing all of the sudden! XD
But sadly, current events led to this beautiful song not being eligible for the Eurovision anymore, but I dearly hope that Jeangu will be back, to bring his stories to life.
Grow reminded me of the old days, and how hard it was to grow up. Jeangu Macrooy is an amazing singer and brought me back in time with this beautiful song, Grow.
