Miso sauce: 2 garlic cloves I 2 T peanut butter oil I 120 ml mirin I 120 ml soy sauce I 240 ml ginger ale I 1 T rice wine vinegar I 1 T sesame oil I 3 T miso paste I 1 T sriracha hot sauce I 50 g sugar
