Grilled Ciabatta Toasts with Double Cream Brie
Serves 6
INGREDIENTS:
1 wheel of Alouette Brie
1 loaf ciabatta bread
1 jar pesto
1 jar sun-dried tomatoes
1 jar olive tapenade
METHOD:
Slice bread on the diagonal and toast on the grill, flip over and place a slice of brie on the toasted side. Place the bread and cheese back on the grill to toast the reverse side of the bread and melt the cheese.
Dollop with your favorite toppings such as pesto, a few sundried tomatoes or olive tapenade. Create a platter of melted toasts and let guests choose their toppings, or invite guests to grill and top their own, like a grown-up S’more party!
