The Griever Boss.

Knock out as many blue stones as possible. Half charge on the gauntlet should be enough.
Dealing with the laser is simple enough by circle running and jumping. If the laser touches the blue stone it does take longer than expected to return to normal.

Use rb+y or r1+triangle to deal with the flies.

Just tank through the stalactites while trying to push the train cart.
