Grief 101 is a free community education series designed for anyone navigating loss and looking for a supportive space to learn, reflect, and connect with others. In this 60-minute virtual introductory session, we'll explore how grief shows up in our minds, bodies, relationships, and daily lives while discussing practical tools for coping, self-care, and finding support. The session combines education, guided discussion, and experiential activities in a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment. Whether your loss is recent or not, Grief 101 offers an opportunity to better understand grief, honor your experiences, and remember that you do not have to navigate loss alone.
