So, briefly tried out Destruction Derby DLC and man am I terrible at this, haha! Well, it seems to be the most fun if you do it with friends. Will have to spend some time with this to get a better feeling for it.

DLC is for free! To access it, simply go to online, select custom races and search for the destruction derby race type. Hope you'll enjoy the crashes and hit me up with a video response if you have any cool gameplay to share!
