Last night in the 20.31 race at Romford dog track owned by Coral bookmakers - the traps failed to be removed from the track after the
dogs were released. Disaster struck as the dogs entered the final bend with at least 3 of them crashing into the traps which were still resting on the track.
We do not know if there were any fatalities because the British racing industry refuse to publish the injury data they collect.
The race was made void and all traces of the dog’s names have been removed from the internet but we shall be keeping a close eye on the dogs involved to see if they ‘appear’ to race again or just disappear off the radar.

Trap 4 – Millridge Merc
Trap 5 – Young Topaz
Trap 6 – Big Ed Mac
