Rainier Beach Action Coalition is a place-based, black-led, non-profit rooted in stewarding the Rainier Beach Neighborhood Plan. RBAC has had a historical presence in the neighborhood for nearly two decades, and has developed a variety of programs catered to young adults in the Southend.
