I beat this almost 2 weeks ago as of uploading this as I did not have the time and/or motivation to edit completion videos.
This level was one of the most underrated and confidence-shattering levels I have ever played. This level took me nine days to beat, while 9 spots above this on AREDL is a level I beat in one hour. With that being said, I found this absurdly underrated in difficulty and if I made a list of the 10 biggest mental challenges I have put myself through in GD this one would be up there.
That being said, I genuinely cannot pinpoint exactly what makes this level so hard. If I had to guess, it's a combination of multiple smaller factors that add up to make it as difficult as it is. The predrop was very fatigue-inducing due to the CPS it required, and then the drop wave was just really hard gameplay. Everything after that all the way to 70% was inconsistent and didn't ease up in difficulty, and then the level gets way harder at 71% and then the hardest part is at 78%. The ending is also the hardest slow gameplay of the level. I think all of these factors combined just result in the level feeling like an impenetrable wall to play through and makes it so that you could either beat this really fast with zero issues or take forever like I did.
Overall, I really appreciate what this level does but I can't say I would recommend playing it. I feel like this is definitely one to watch and appreciate from a distance but it is pretty neat to have a level that plays and feels like Grief but in a difficulty range that is still accessible to a larger amount of people.
