Using Legendary back + wrist.
Talents: 1/3/1/1/2/2/1 (Should have chosen bash not typhoon)
Balance Affinity - 958ilvl.
Buffs:Agil flask + Bear Tartare + Augment Rune
Tips: Start as Moonkin pull boss to Velen, Starsurge/Sunfire first two adds, switch to bear, interrupt, thrash+rage first set of adds.
Keep butt facing lifted broken edge just in case miss a knockback.
