For many years I have grown my own Mugwort, as well as many other forms of Artemisia's including Artemisia Absinthium (often referred to as Wormwood), Artemisia Annua (often referred to as Sweet Annie), Silver King & Silver Queen, etc. These plants are very rewarding to grow and care for.
In this video I discuss the process of growing various types of Artemisias, with a strong emphasis in this video on Artemisia Vulgaris: Mugwort. This plant is relatively easy to grow, and if cared for properly, will yield very strong oneirogenic plant matter that can be ingested as tea. What I have learned over the years through my trial and errors with gardening, is that homegrown plants are 10,000 fold stronger than store bought nonsense. The two aren't even comparable they are that much different from one another. As mentioned in this video: my Mugwort plants produce a massive shift in my awareness during dreams. As I also mentioned in the video: storebought Mugwort never produces this effect. The same goes with every other plant that I grow. THE REAL MAGICK OF PLANTS IS INITIATED ONLY WHEN YOU GROW YOUR OWN.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE: I strongly suggest buying live cuttings of Artemisias instead of starting your plants from seeds. Yes, it is possible to start these plants from seeds, I myself have done it. But Artemisia seeds are usually very tiny & have low viability. The best way to grow these is live cuttings purchased from a reputable vendor. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU BUY THESE PLANTS ON ETSY, EBAY, AMAZON, ETC. MANY PEOPLE ARE SELLING PLANTS THAT ARE NOT THE RIGHT FORM OF ARTEMISIA. For instance, many vendors on Etsy are selling Wormwood plants that are not actual "Artemisia Absinthium." There are many forms of these plants that look almost identical, which is why I strongly urge you to buy from an actual online nursery with good credentials. To supplement your gardening endeavors with Shamanic wisdom, I advise that you read through the first 3 books of The Carlos Castaneda series. Book one, " The Teachings of Don Juan" should be read by everybody who is interested in the raw power of plants. Plants are far more than creatures that grow up from the dirt. They are vast libraries of consciousness & wisdom & are teeming full of gnostic wisdom. Plants can teach you things & book one of the Castaneda series acts as a guide to the occult power of plants. I cannot stress the reading of this particular book enough. Reading The Teachings of Don Juan with an open mind & heart can lead to massive adventure & learning in your life. Although I am still learning the various intricacies of growing plants of this family, I have gathered quite a bit of knowledge through my trial & error.
