4-5 pieces of bacon
Package of green beans
1/3 cup pearl onions
1 cup of mushrooms
1/2 cup chicken broth
French onion soup seasoning
Splash of white balsamic
Cook bacon, remove and drain on paper towel, reserving 2 tablespoons of grease in pan. Add green beans to boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Remove beans and place in ice water to stop cooking process.
Add pear onions to grease and and cook until soft. Break up mushrooms and add to pan. Season with all purpose seasoning. Add green beans to pan once onions and mushrooms are cooked. Add chicken broth and French onion soup seasoning and stir for 2-3 minutes. When beans are at tenderness you like, add a splash of white balsamic, stir and then serve.
